The Clear Skin Regimen to Heal & Conceal for Great-Looking Skin
1) Use the Acne Clear Skin, ACTION C for Acne, Oily Skin Makeup Kit, Heal and Conceal Acne Kit, Heal and Conceal Acne Masque Kit, DermaSoft Acne Treatment Masque Kit, or the complete Acne Control System daily depending on your skin's oiliness and condition.
2) No rubbing, scrubbing or 'popping zits' is necessary. Don't irritate blemishes by constant touching.
3) Rest your skin at least two to three days a week by using only the 'Acne Clean Glycerin Bar' and Heal & Conceal 'Tea Tree Oil Blemish Lotion'.
4) Cleanse your face daily with the 'Acne Clean Glycerin Bar'; Preferably, once in the morning and then again at bedtime.
5) Use oil free 'Mineral Face Powder', hypoallergenic 'Mineral Tint Foundation' and 'Mineral Blush' or oil absorbing 'Mineral Mosaic Collage Powder' and try to remove all makeup before going to sleep. Use only clean linens and towels. For acne-approved makeup see Makeup for Acne
Facial Pore Protection
1) Use gentle circular motions when washing, rinsing and applying lotions or facials.
2) Change towels and linens often. Keep hair
squeaky clean and away from your face.
3) To protect your pores and allow them to heal, pat dry - don't pick, rub or scrub. Apply Heal & Conceal Acne blemish lotion where needed to cleanly washed skin throughout the day and before bedtime. Use Action C Mist Toner to help shrink and close open pores.
Acne Facial Masque Routine
1) Apply 2 to 3 Times a week.
2) Cleanse your face with hypo-allergenic glycerin bar or Oil-free Organic Cleansing Gel using tepid water. Rinse well and leave your face wet.
3) Gently apply Acne Healing Facial Masque to wet skin using a light circular motion with the tips of your fingers. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes (5 - 10 minutes for sensitive skin).
4) Rinse well with glycerin bar and warm water followed with cool.
5) Pat dry and let pores breathe. Optionally, apply Action C Anti-Bacterial Vitamin C Mist toner to help shrink, protect and nourish pores.
